(PARK)ING Day
PARK(ing) Day is an annual, worldwide event that invites city dwellers everywhere to transform metered parking spots into temporary parks — leisure “green” — for the public good.
Last year W75BA teamed up with Calhoun School to host a PARK(ing) Day location at Broadway and 75th Street. (video) W75BA will be participating again this year! Your ideas for our spot are appreciated. Last year I taught sewing and we had a water demonstration. info@w75ba.org
